- We will discuss the possible outcomes of your case with you. Occasionally, you can win the battle and lose the war. Attorney fees are only recoverable in certain situations. If you will likely spend as much as you will recover, we’ll tell you that up front so that you can make a fully informed decision before you spend your hard earned money.
